• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and active contact/delivery phone numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the user may result in delivery failure or extra courier re-routing fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Section 4 - Shipping, Transit & Risk of Loss

• Delivery Partners: We utilize reliable third-party courier logistics to fulfill deliveries across Pakistan.

• Risk of Loss: While we ensure all products leave our facility sealed and securely packaged, the risk of loss, package opening, or delay passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

• Verification on Delivery: It is the customer's duty to inspect the outer shipping package before signing the delivery slip. If the package appears severely crushed, open, or altered, please document it immediately.

Section 5 - Strict Returns on Damage Only

As outlined comprehensively in our Refund Policy, all sales are final to preserve medical/cosmetic hygiene standards for salon tools and beauty supplies.

• We only accept returns, exchanges, or replacements if the item is explicitly proven to have arrived in a physically damaged or defective state.

• Claims must be lodged with photographic evidence within 48 hours of carrier drop-off. Change-of-mind cancellations or open/used product returns will strictly be rejected.

Section 6 - Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or (e) to scrape data or systematically duplicate layout formats or custom coding patterns from our storefront without permission.

Section 7 - Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Salon Cart, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or skin irritation resulting from the misuse or incorrect professional handling of any chemicals, cosmetics, or wax products purchased here. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to test materials safely and use products in according with technical instructions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local commercial and consumer protection laws operating in Lahore, Pakistan.
